1 – Purpose
These Conditions of Sale for the purchase of products and / or services carried out ronline at www.dabrach.com, belonging to DABRACH srl. Each transaction of purchase will be governed by the provisions of to D. Decree of 22 May 1999. 185 and Legislative Decree no. 196/03 “Code regarding the protection of personal data”, which governs the processing of personal data, including data stored abroad, carried out by anyone who is domiciled or has registered offices in Italy.
2 – Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
The customer declares that have read the terms and conditions of sale, terms of payment proposals and the entire purchase process.
3 – How to purchase and prices
Before confirming the purchase, the total cost of the order will be shown to the customer, and he will have the ability to modify – in whole or in part – or completely cancel that order. The prices of products are clearly indicated on the site and are inclusive of VAT. DABRACH does not provide VAT refunds for extra UE purchases made on www.dabrach.com. If the product is not available, you will be informed by e-mail. DABRACH srl reserves the right to change prices listed on the site www.dabrach.com without notice.
4 – Shipping and payments
The delivery methods are visible in the “Shipping Information” section of the website. The delivery times are approximate and are in no way binding to DABRACH srl. The payment methods are shown in the “Payment methods” page.
5 – Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. N. 206/2005 for our customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt of goods. The withdrawal must be communicated via email. Within 14 working days, the customer must return the goods, undamaged and in the original packaging.
The refund will be made within 7 days.

6 – Guarantee
The customer has the right to a guarantee of conformity for the purchased goods and services. The guarantee is valid for 24 months starting with the delivery of the goods. The notice for goods that aren’t in conformity must be given to the owner within 2 months of discovery.
To exercise the right of guarantee, the User must send an email to the owner providing the order number and an accurate description of the defect (it is recommended that photographic material be attached).
All elements are essential and will be verified by the owner before responding to the customer.
Should the lack of conformity of the goods be established, the customer has the right to obtain its repair or replacement, upon return of the defective goods to the owner. The customer also has the right to ask the owner for a fair price reduction or termination of the contract if the repair and replacement prove impossible or prohibitively expensive, the owner has failed to repair or replace the goods within a reasonable period.
To exercise the right of guarantee and for more information regarding it, the customer must contact the owner.
7 – Protection of Privacy
The conditions for the processing of data are displayed on the ‘Privacy policy” section.
8 – Governing law and place of jurisdiction
These Conditions of Sale may be modified by DABRACH srl without notice and will be valid from the date of publication on the website www.dabrach.com. It is understood that these Terms of Sale are subject to Italian law and all disputes will be resolved exclusively under the jurisdiction of the State and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the owner has their registered offices.
