Shipping and returns

SHIPPING We offer free shipping in Italy and Europe. International shipping is charged as an additional cost: it will be applied to your order at checkout. All orders are shipped worldwide with DHL and requires a delivery proof. This shipping method has a complete tracking system; once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery. Once your package has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to ship your order to a secure location. We must adhere to all International import/export laws. For International orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. These funds are not set by our store, rather they are paid to and set by your home country’s government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. By law, we cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices. If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Shipping times Orders placed before noon (GMT + 1) will start to be processed the same day, orders placed after noon (GMT + 1) will be processed starting from the next business day. The delivery time is always dependent on your location and customs clearance. Italy: 1 day – Europe: 2 days – World: 3/5 days RETURNS Please contact info@dabrach.com before sending a return or exchange. You have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship / postmark it back to our return center for a refund or exchange. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. Place the item/s in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box. Ship the return with a carrier of your choice, making sure to get a tracking number, or a proof of postage, for your safety. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it; if your return is approved, you can expect to receive a refund within 7 days of sending the parcel back to us, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Our refund will be credited to the the same form of payment from where the purchase was made.
